What exactly do you do?

We help experienced tech professionals (2+ years) land $100K+ roles through three services: (1) Portfolio development with code review support, (2) Submitting applications on your behalf (minimum volume by plan: Essential 30, Standard 50, Premium 75), and (3) Interview preparation coaching.

We don't teach coding or provide bootcamp training.

How is this different from career coaching?

Career coaches give advice. We execute. We build portfolio projects, submit applications on your behalf, and provide interview preparation. You get tangible deliverables: portfolio projects, interview callbacks, and offer letters.

What if I don't receive my guaranteed interviews?

If you complete all program requirements and do not receive the guaranteed number of qualifying interviews for your plan (Essential: 3, Standard: 5, Premium: 7) within 100 days, you may request a refund until day 180.

Can I keep my current job while enrolled?

Yes. 90% of our members are employed full-time. We handle the application work. Mentorship sessions are scheduled around your availability. Interviews typically happen during work hours. Use PTO/sick days.

Do you guarantee a job?

No. We guarantee qualifying interviews based on your plan. Whether you get hired depends on your interview performance, salary expectations, location, and market conditions. We prepare you thoroughly, but final hiring decisions rest with employers.

What's the success fee?

If you accept an $80K+ offer, you pay a one-time success fee based on your plan:

  • Essential: 15% of first-year base salary
  • Standard: 12% of first-year base salary
  • Premium: 10% of first-year base salary

No offer? No success fee. You only pay the upfront plan cost.

Is this worth it if I'm already making $80K?

If you're at $80K and land a $120K offer, that's $40K more per year. Even after the success fee (~$15K-18K), you're still up $22K-25K in year one. Every year after that, you keep the full $40K difference. Most members recoup the investment in 6-8 months.

Can I switch plans after enrolling?

You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan anytime by paying the difference. Downgrades are not permitted after enrollment. Choose carefully based on how much support you need.
